How do I post a job?

Posting a job is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply create a company profile and you can begin posting jobs and reviewing applications immediately.

What fees does The Mom Project charge?

There is no financial obligation to try out our platform and companies only pay The Mom Project a fee if they decide to hire a candidate from our network.

How do I pay The Mom Project?

Temporary hires:

We'll email a link to pay your invoice via bank transfer or credit card. Online payments will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. You can also choose to mail a check.


Permanent placement and subscription hires:

You can set up a bank transfer online using the invoice link. There is also an option to mail a check.

What size companies is The Mom Project appropriate for?

Do all candidates on The Mom Project platform seek remote work?

Nope! When a company provides us with their hiring needs, they can specify if the work is primarily in office, remote or a combination of the two.

Does The Mom Project get involved in managing the work and performance of talent?

No. The Mom Project’s goal is to match you with vetted, highly skilled candidates that are highly capable of delivering great work. The Mom Project’s network of talent is completely managed by their respective employers or hiring managers. We are here to assist and answer any questions or issues since it is our goal to ensure you have a great, long-term relationship with The Mom Project.

Am I able to have the talent sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before getting started on my project or assignment?

Absolutely. Many of our clients choose to do so.

If you don't see any current opportunities near you, we encourage you to check back frequently as we are adding new opportunities daily in a variety of locations. We also do offer a variety of remote options that could be a good fit!
