We're looking for a VP of Finance who can oversee Finance and Administration through rapid growth and continuous process improvement; ensuring best in class experience to our team, the current 120,000 women/men and 50 F2000 companies; while building processes and infrastructure to expand the business to 2,500,000 women/men and 500 F2000.

Role includes:
-Budgeting / FP&A
-Reporting/KPIs
-Financial Statements/ Month End/ General Accounting
-Manage accounts receivables / Treasury
-Business Plan / Case Management
-Investor Relations
-Board of Director meeting preparations

Requirements:
-CPA
-Minimum 5 years in Finance management role
-Start up experience preferred (can include management of start-up initiatives/programs within a larger organization)
-Experience in Technology a plus
-Experience in Businesses processing high volume of transactions a plus
-Experience working closely with Legal and HR a plus

Compensation includes equity opportunity

$140,000 - $140,000/year
