What you’ll do:

*Operate as a full-cycle Recruiter in our Legal vertical across all lines of business (MSP, Enterprise, SMB)

*Support high-volume recruiting operations - this is a fast-moving role focused on talent evaluation, interviewing, and presenting for approximately 25-30 requisitions per week.

*Create and maintain meaningful relationships with customer Hiring Managers through a lens of subject matter expertise and industry consultation Implement DEI sourcing strategies

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

4+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, with preferably 2+ years in a start-up, high volume, and agency environment

*Successful track record of identifying exceptional talent while hitting aggressive growth metrics

*Experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting methodologies for top talent

*Ability to adapt and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment

*Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and adjust strategy as needed

*Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite

Must be comfortable with faced paced, constantly changing startup environment
