Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing internal team. You will work directly with our CEO and Founder to build out a first-rate Talent Acquisition function. This role will include full cycle recruiting for all roles within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage the entirety of the hiring process from passive sourcing/networking/resume review to offer acceptance Create an innovative sourcing strategy to identify top talent and generate diverse pipelines for all internal roles Work closely with our Executive team to understand their hiring needs and the broader goals of the team Identify top talent, screen and schedule candidates for all internal openings and shepherd candidates through the recruiting process Strategize ways to build robust talent pipelines including referral generation and creation of sourcing campaigns Partner with internal stakeholders as we grow and help build out their teams with creative staffing solutions Assist with driving initiatives and developing processes by creating an internal referral program and providing training for interviewers as we scale Requirements: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably hiring Engineering and Business Development professionals Prior experience in a startup culture growing teams and scaling organizations Experience developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies Highly self motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Proven ability to build networks and engage diverse candidate pipelines This role has a $20,000 bonus opportunity.
