Job description

Connecting our world-class clients with diverse and exceptional talent on The Mom Project marketplace is critical to our long-term success. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who excels in the hunter and account manager role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth startup and make an immediate impact. You will be responsible for driving our business with both new and existing clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting to large enterprise companies middle-market companies in a metric based sales environment
- Developing client base through cold calling, relationship building, and inbound lead follow up
- Delivering presentations by phone and in person meetings
- Uncovering customer needs and managing through the sales cycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to close opportunities
- Engaging clients at all levels of the organization

Pre-requisites
- Discomfort with the status quo, a natural leader
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Staffing or Human Capital sales
- Intrinsically motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and track record of exceeding goals
- Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment
- Experience adapting to the needs of large enterprise companies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

**Compensation listed includes both base + bonus potential

$160,000 - $160,000/year
