Job description

Marketing Manager - Performance/Analytics

Our client is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who is highly analytical, quant-focused and quick to adapt and execute. Should possess a strong bias for action (ie; roll up your sleeves and do the work) with ability to work collaboratively in a highly dynamic environment. Join a supportive, fast-paced culture where you can have a meaningful impact from Day 1.

What you'll get to take on ASAP:

*Design and implement a scalable growth strategy to drive the business in a hyper-growth phase.

*Own development, execution, measurement, insight reporting and recommendations for integrated marketing campaigns.

*Create acquisition strategy for B2C and B2B

*Encouragement to experiment with new channels and tactics.

*Define and deploy multiple marketing tactics as needed: web content, landing pages, emails, webinars, white papers, videos, infographics, display ads, etc.

ABOUT YOU:
*Experience driving revenue and user growth through scalable strategies YOU built and executed.

*Ability to speak to tangible results achieved on behalf of clients/business.

*Deeply passionate about data and analytics with a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to optimize acquisition efforts. We need a strong business intelligence perspective for this role.

*Ability to report, distill and convey information and recommendations succinctly.

*Belief in growth as a system, not one-off tactics or “growth hacks”

*Proven individual contributor that can scale to lead.

*Ready to “do the work” and build something remarkable as part of a lean marketing team.
